Hi Expert,

Our customer use 4*935 + 960. They find that sometime there is a problem. If they reset 935 in one camera module, other 935 will also effected and the display image is abnormal. Have you ever heard of this or similar thing before? Thanks

    Hi Elec,

    Are you attempting to use the 960 with synchronous forwarding mode? If the synchronous forwarding mode is used then the 960 will wait until all the data from each serializer is synchronized.  

    Could you also explain what the affect on the other devices is?  I am assuming that you see all black screen, can you confirm?
