DS125DF111: No output from device

Hello,

We are using DS125DF111S in our custom Board for 10G SFP. LOS output is low .

Inputs to device is verified in oscilloscope. LOS output from device is low .

TX_DIS input to device is low to enable the output ports. However not observing any output in device output.

Please clarify if we need to add any drivers for this device or any I2C configuration registers to be updated.

we are checking with default setting at 10.3125Gbps.
