DS90UB960-Q1: delay

Part Number: DS90UB960-Q1

Hi Expert,

Can you products 960  support below delay change when connect with DVP in another side?

Thanks

Best regards,

David

  • Hi David,

What is the delay you are showing in this graph? Is VS vertical sync and HS horizontal sync?  It appears more like a frame valid and line valid signal and not a sync signal.  Then I assume the FS and FE are frame start and frame.  The CSI data is created using the Frame_Valid/Line Valid signals so I am not sure how it would delay a FS/FE packet.

    Regards,

    Nick

  • Hi Nick,

The original show is VS vertical sync and HS horizontal sync. You mentioned " frame valid and line valid signal".

What is the difference between " frame valid and line valid signal" and " vertical sync and HS horizontal sync".

The FS and FE are frame start and frame End in the CSI data.

This picture is to describe the case when 960 connected with 933 or 913 with DVP interface.

Can 960 support the function to let customer configure the delay between Sync and FS/FE?

    Thanks

    Best regards,

    David

  • Hello David,

There is no function in 960 to add delay between the HS/VS signals and the corresponding FS/FE signals in the CSI-2 stream. They are just generated as soon as they are received on the 960 side.

    Best Regards,
