Query on I2C MUX type : Parent Locked and MUX Locked

Currently we are using I2C MUX devices from TI

Few example

TCA9548APWR

TCA9543APWR

TCA9545APWR

From our firmware team, We have question related to Type of I2C MUX we are using. If it is,

Parent locked or

MUX locked

Can you please let us know,

1. How to identity of the MUX if Parent Locked  or Mux Locked
2. Is Parent Locked or Mux locked is a Hardware feature for it is entirely Firmware feature.
