TRS3122EEVM: Design files

Hi Renan,

I will have to reach out to my internal team - for some reason this EVM's design files aren't where our newer EVMs are located so I need to find the files. I hope to have an answer for you in ~24 hours. I should be able to share the files (all the files are shown in the EVM user guide - just without the actual file).

Hi Renan,

So we are still trying to track down the files - it turns out there has been multiple repositories for our EVM designs since this board was released so we are trying to find which repository it is and getting access to it.

That being said - the information you are asking for is actually detailed in the J1 (PN# on BOM: 190-009-263R001) as the PCB prints line up with rec. land pattern:

We are still trying to gain access to the files - but this rec. should be okay. Is there any other question on the design files that I may be able to answer in the meantime?

Hello Parker, 

Hope that you find the design files. Also, my customer need the distance of the fixating holes from the board borders. In the picture you sent me, the distance is between two holes. Also, what is the unit of the picture, is it inches, milimeters?
I'm sending a picture to help. I want the distance between each hole spot circled in red and the board borders .

Hi Renan,

We are still looking for the files - I apologize -but with some of our older designs and devices information can be a bit harder to find.  We have similar designs available but not the same.

For units - it is mm [mils].

For the fiducials circled in red the requirements are:

1. 3 of them are used in 3 corners of the board (doesn't matter which one is left out).

2. The distance from the boards edge (vertical and horizontal) is the same on all 3 fiducials i.e. the distance from the edge of the board is the same.

If those two conditions are met they can be placed anywhere where they aren't obstructed - they are used to help manufacture the board (milling machines use the fiducials as reference marks  for the entire board allowing for automated milling - they have no electrical/mechanical purpose beyond that)
