The fastest 5 V level translators (LXC and TXU) support only 50 Mbps with 1.8 V outputs.
If you need only down translation, you can use buffers with overvoltage-tolerant inputs. AUC devices are fast enough, but do not go above 3.3 V. But you could combine an LVC buffer running at 3.3 V with an AUC buffer running at 1.8 V.

Thank you for the recommendation. Will these buffers (LVC and AUC) be able to operate at >200Mbps ?
Thank you for confirming. In our application we have to down translate TTL 5V pulses with minimum width of 1ns to 3.3V or 1.8V. What scheme would you recommend for this (5V to 3.3V and 5V to 1.8V)?

Clemens comment is correct. Our portfolio currently doesn't have 1Gbps translators.
