Our customer is planned to use PCA9306 as the pass through switch with an enable(EN) input. So, could you share the switching characteristics such as SN74LVC2G66 with me?

The EN input of the PCA9306 must be controlled with an open-drain signal, so it will never be fast. The actual switching speed depends on the board/trace capacitances. You'd have to measure on the actual board.

In other words: if you care about the enable speed, do not use the PCA9306.
