Could you please support XIO2001 device as follows? In other words, does XIO2001 support “PCI<->PCIe” function on PCI bus card? Please advise us.

No. The XIO2001 works only with PCIe upstream and PCI downstream.

No, TI does not make any other PCI/PCIe bridges.
