TCA9509: The difference between TCA9509MRVHR & TCA9509RVHR

Hello all,

We know TCA9509MRVHR & TCA9509RVHR have different packaging and orientation.

Could you help to tell more difference between these 2 ICs ?

The SPEC page 18, Lead finish/Ball material item of these are different.

Do they have different manufacturing process?

Because we purchase both TCA9509MRVHR & TCA9509RVHR, need more information to separate and control these 2 ICs in factory.

The TCA9509RVHR is made at two manufacturing sites. One uses NiPdAuAg lead finish, and the other uses NiPdAu.
The TCA9509MRVHR is made only at the first of these sites. The chips come from the same manufacturing line and are identical, only the orientation in the tape is different.
