DP83869HM: Ethernet PHY Autonegotiation fail and no ping

We are facing an issue with DP83869HMRGZT Ethernet PHY, Where ethernet ping is not working and auto-negotiation failing to complete though auto negotiation is disabled.

The board has a DP83869HMRGZT with transformer to the connector.

The connectivity from IC to transformer to connector are fine,

The input clock are fine,

Could you please let us know how to test loopback?

    Hi Lakshiminarayana,

    May I ask why did you disable the Auto Negotiation. From the Linux comment, I saw two different speed 10/1000 mbps. which speed are you desire to run for your application? Could you also enable the Auto negotiation through bit 12 in register 0000to test out the auto-negotiation?

    Regarding to the loopback, please refer to 9.3.4 session in the datasheet.
