TCAN1146-Q1: TCAN1146 SPI AC Characteristics

Part Number: TCAN1146-Q1

Hi team,

For the below timings: tcss, trsck, tfsck, tcsh, tsck, tsckh, tsckl, trso, tfso
Could you please share the vertical measurement point?
e.g. for tcss -> 0.5*VIO of nCS to 0.5*VIO of CLK
trsck -> 0.2*VIO to 0.8*VIO

Thank you,

Muwei Zheng

  • Muwie,

  • Hi Muwei,

    I believe this figure references 50% for the delay timing parameters. The rising and falling timings may be 10%-90%, but I'll need to double check on this one. I'm confirming this with our team to ensure this is what is used in our test program.

    Are the timing behaviors in your system very close to the specified limits for this device? Are the delay times or the slew rates the greater concern here?

    Eric Schott

  • Hi Muwei,

    I was able to confirm the measured levels here are 50% for timing delay parameters and 80%-20% for the rise and fall timings. So your initial assumptions were correct.

    Let me know if you have any more questions.

    Regards,
    Eric Schott
