DP83867IR: TX packet counter

Hi team,

My customer is trying to migrate from Broadcom PHY to DP83867IR.

The current design with Broadcom monitors TX packet counter.

But DP83867IR looks like it doesn't have TX packet counter.

Does DP83867IR have any related register to be an alternative for TX packet counter?
