there is a difference in the application note SNLA344B and the datasheet regarding Strap0 Pin

What is the default ? PullUp or PullDown ?

we have the DP83826E and the DP83826I REF B

are the Starp pins changed from pull-up to pull-down or vice versa ?

Hi Ludwig,

From what I understand, there has been no change in this strap from RevA to RevB. The dataheet however shows wrong default value.

You can double confirm this by depopulating amy external strap on this pin, forcing the device into reset using RESET_N and measuring tje voltage of that strap pin. If the voltage is high, then there's a default pull up,else there is a default pull down.
