Required Charge Device Model (CDM) ESD & standards and Certifications information.

    Hi Islavath,

    It seems that it wasn't added to the datasheet when it was last updated. I am requesting the data from our internal team - it could take up to about 2 weeks to get the data - but if I am able to get it sooner I will post it when I have it.

    Hi Islavath,

    I am sorry for the delay. It turns out that we no longer have the qual data for this device. Our internal databases do not currently contain the information. That being said - they are in the process of redoing a qual on devices and those similar and we are trying to get the data from my understanding. At this time we don't have a solid timeline but I should have more information in a few weeks regarding timeline. So I don't know when we will have data at this time we do not have it. I apologize for the inconvenience.
