Hi,

I have a question about SN65HVD3085EDGKR.

Is it possible to get the previous version of the DS (Revision L) to compare the changes in the datasheet, "6.5 Thermal Information"?

    Hi Astro,

    Unfortunately TI does not make practice of publishing expired documentation. As of this posting, the current revision of the data sheet is SLLS562M.

    Regarding your question, I can help clarify that the thermal characteristics were updated in February 2022 as part of a qualification of a new fabrication site using qualified process technology in Richardson, TX.

    For the package you're mentioning, the new thermal values are reduced compared to the older obsolete characteristics.

    It is attached - revision M is the correct version for this part still - but I have attached the last data sheet (rev L)
