Looking at the MP4 screen, I personally think it's a picture tear, maybe it's related to the Vsync signal?

First, please ensure that you are programming the DSI86 registers appropriately and according to your panel datasheet.
Please refer to the following E2E thread to understand how to program the registers:
After you have ensured proper configuration of the DSI86 registers, follow the datasheet to enable the test pattern feature of this device.
