I didn't see Tj information in datasheet, could you help to share it with me?

what's the maximum power dissipation for this device? how to calculate?

Mark:

TI only provides thermal metric now since Tj is more system related.

For Pd, we need measure it.

Could you help to know how to calculate the Tj for customer? or what's the system information you need to evaluate for Tj ?

for Pd, could you also to teach me how to calculate it?

you can get Tj from below equation , Tc the temp from top of the package you measured, Yjt is 7.4, power is 150max4.3v

Tj= Tc +Yjt *power.

for Pd, ,we need to measure again.
