I didn't see Tj information in datasheet, could you help to share it with me?

what's the maximum power dissipation for this device? how to calculate?

Hi Raymond,

this thermal information are easy to know as to check the DS, but now customer would to know Tj and Pd.

if we don't have Tj and Pd information, could you help to know how to calculate it?

Hi Mark,

Apologies for the delayed response. For the TPD4S311 Tj is within the range of -40C to 85C with max Vconn current of 400mA. The 'A 'variant for this device can go up to 105C and max Vconn current of 600mA.
