Question 1: can fpd-link transmit TP data, IO data and SPI data? Is there any information about the specific process

Question 2: is the ds90ub948 programmable? If not, does it need to add MCU

    1) Could you explain what TP data is? The FPD-Link can transmit IO and SPI data. More details about the specific process can be found in sections 7.3.9 to 7.3.10 in the ds90ub948 datasheet and sections 8.3.9 to 8.3.10 in the ds90ub941AS datasheet.

    2) Yes, the ds90ub948 is programmable; there are registers that can be configured through I2C on the ds90ub948.
