THVD1420: Can THVD1420 be reworked after reflow soldering？

Can THVD1420 be reworked after reflow soldering? Also, if it is an IC that can be reworked, could you tell me the conditions (soldering temperature, time)?

Yes - you should be able to rework either package after reflow.
