I'd like to know what is the difference between TSB41AB2 G4 and TSB41AB2. Is it possible to replace TSB41AB2 G4 with TSB41AB2.

The short answer is Yes.
The longer answer is the G4 designator was used to insure RoHS supply during the transistion from non-RoHS to RoHS-only production. Now the device has entirely converted (converstion started in 2005 and was insured complete by Mar-2008).
We kept both "orderable" part numbers available so that any customer who added the G4 to the approved list could continue to order it without having to change their systems.

My device is equipped with as written on the chip TI > 7AADNJWC TSB41AB2 G4 OR 64 OR G64< these last 3 acronym are not very clear on the chip , it's no longer opererate what is reference to replace it i found on the web some like TSB41AB2 or TSB41AB2PAP or TSB41AB2i please.

This part only have one package option which is the "PAP", the "i" stands for "industrial grade"
So, any of them has the same pinout, it only depends on the temperature range you want, standard or industrial.
