TUSB320: Rp and Rd to determine the current capability

Dear teams,

My customer is using TUSB320. Since I am newbee for USB Type C area, could I ask why the current capbility is only determined by the Rp from the DFP side, but not also consdiering the Rd for the UFP side? Whether the UFP side Rd is constant value, and we only can change the Rp once there has different output current needs?
