TCAN1057A-Q1: What is different between TCAN1057A-Q1 and TCAN1057AEV-Q1?

The AEV is grade 0 qualified. So it can replace the A.

The TCAN1057AEV-Q1 is the grade 0 version of the TCAN1057AV-Q1. If you are going to replace the TCAN1057A-Q1 with the TCAN1057AEV-Q1, pin 5 needs to be supplied with a voltage ranging from 1.7V to 5V.

Yes, the difference is pin 5, it is a VIO supply pin. This level shifts the logic signals (TXD, RXD, S) to whatever supply voltage is on the VIO pin. You are correct in a way, 1057AV can fully replace 1057A, but 1057A cannot replace 1057AV in the sense that 1057A is only capable of 5V logic.
