DS160PR412: CTLE Gain Register - Undefined Default 0x09?

Table 3-3 of the programming guide shows a list of register values:

I noticed that the default value of this register is 0x09 - a value not defined by the above table. Does this default value have an associated gain, not documented in the guide?

    Hi Andy,

    There is a default setting that is not listed in this table. With this default setting, EQ BST 1 - reg 0x09[6:3]=3b'001 and EQ BST 2 - reg 0x09[2:0]=3b'001. Hence we have 0x09 at Reg 0x09. In this case, EQ gain is between CTLE indexes 2 & 3.
