Hi Santosh,

As the DS90CF364AMTD/NOPB, is a legacy device that was later acquired by Texas Instruments. As such, we do not have the IBIS model for this particular device.

However, you can refer to the IBIS model of the SN75LVDS86 as an alternative. This is a very similar device and is pin to pin to the DS90CF364AMTD. You can find its documentation and IBIS model on this page:
