Hi,

Our requirement is to get the Link Quality status for DP83869PHY.

Can you please help me with the registers which can capture the quality of the link like good.poor,marginal

Hi Ketaki,

The 869 does not have any Signal Quality Indicator (SQI) registers.

System level tests would be needed to check the Link Quality.

Do you have any examples of system level tests that can help us to get the SQI of 869 at application layer?

if you have any lead regarding this would be great if you help us with this.

Hi Ketaki,

We do not have any specific examples to provide.

However, a lead I can give is that they need to look at the Throughput or CRC errors from their system level application.
