      Tusb2551a is connected to the computer and prompts:

          Unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed)

What is the specific reason? The pin voltage is already checked.

Will the chip be recognized when connected to the computer？

Or do I need to send any commands to tusb2551a from FPGA ？
