Hi Expert,

Our customer use 928 only now and they want to use internal pattern generate to test their circuit. The display parameter is as below. Could you please help generate a register configuration for 928 with pattern generate? Thanks.

    Hi Elec,

    It would be recommended to use Analog Launch PAD for generating pattern. We provide Pattern Generator tab in UB928 ALP file and it is easy to test with specs. Please let me know if they have any questions about generating pattern script on ALP.

    Actually I don't have an EVM in hand. Can I use DEMO mode to generate the register configuration? Thanks.

    Hi Elec,

    On ALP, you can use Demo Mode and it will give you the registers values, however, note that it will not automatically give you patgen resisters when you apply the parameter on patgen generator tab. It would be needed done manually on patgen registers tab. Please refer to Link - SNLA132G. In order to program UB928, I recommend using "USB2ANY/Aardvark Setup" because it will send the configured register values to the UB928 once you have confirmed your settings on the device of attached UB928.
