Hello TI, can i used any port of TUSB2036 as upstream port or is there upstream port is dedicated in TUSB2036

The USB specification makes a strict distinction between upstream and downstream ports. You must use DP0/DM0 as the upstream port.

If you actually need more flexibility, you have to use a device that supports OTG.
