PCA9306: over-voltage when 1.8V to 3.3V translation

Hi, Expert

my customer using PCA9306 as 1.8V and 3.3V level shifter. but 1.8V side is raising up to unexpected 2.03V. please help to give some advice. thanks.

EN and VREF2 must be connected together, with a single 200 kΩ resistor.

Hi Chi,

Clemen's is correct. the EN and Vref2 should be shorted together to provide the level shifting capabilities for the device. Currently the way they have it, The device will not level shift properly.
