Hi Gareth,

I reviewed your schematic and it looks good for the most part.

Some recommendations based on what I could see in your schematic:

On your Pin 19 of DP159, I would recommend one 100 nF cap on the pin and 4.7 pF, 10 pF and one bulky caps on each power node. 

I saw a CM choke and ESD implemented on the 2nd page of your schematic for one DP159 but not for the DP159 on the last page. 

I would suggest implementing the CM choke and ESD for both DP159 signal paths.
