Our device use TUSB214 system, But when TUSB214 enable or disable or tune R3308 resistance the signal eye diagram are same.

Attach my schematic & and eye diagram, can you give me some advice? Thanks.

    Hello,

    It looks like the TUSB214 is not turning on. Please make sure you are following the test procedure described in section 8.2.2.1 of the datasheet.

    If you can scan the waveforms coming from the ENA_HS and CD Pins, that should be able to help determine whether the device is on or not. The app note "TUSB21xx High-Speed Signal Quality Test Modes" that can be found on other TUSB21X pages should show you what signals are expected from these pins.

    As for the schematic, make sure to pay attention to which resistors you should interact with or not based on your desired DC Boost, I think you want boost 3, but I cant tell whether the resistor in Rdc1 is connected or not.

    Please let me know how those waveforms look and if you have any other questions or concerns.
