I am currently looking for the storage temperature range of the device:

SN65HVD255D

I cannot find it from datasheet and any forums here.

Can you provide it? Thank you.

It's the same as the junction temperature range, –40 to 150 °C.

Archie,

Clemens is right on the upper temperature, but the lower temperature for storage actually goes down to -65C. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
