My customer is simulating TUSB522P ibis model we provided, folder in below
however customer extract the zip file and add PCB S parameter generate eyes diagram below
the same configure if they remove TUSB522P ibs model and got eyes diagram below
it's better than add TUSB522P in ADS design,
Would you help to check if there is mistake in their configuration?

Do you mean Ibis model “RX_generic.ibs” and “RX_generic_x64.dll”? like below? Customer has tried but can’t go ChannelSim, and the error message as below
Besides, customer feedback they can’t use this Rx(RX_generic.ibs) model as receiver, RX must have CTLE function for the USB3 Gen1 long channel simulation.
Would you help comments customer SI issue above? thanks.

There is already an archived ADS workspace in the released package, can they use it as the starting point? I ran it and there is no issue with the simulation.
