Our customer want to use below structure. But for the two video, they plan to use different refresh rate. For example, the blue display is 30Hz and the green display is 60Hz. All these video is within SerDes spec. Is it possible? Thanks.

Unfortunately this is not possible. This is because when the 941as splits the superframe, it splits into two identically sized images with exactly 1/2 of the pixel clock frequency for each image.
Pixel clock frequency is calculated by total pixels * fps. Because they have the same total pixels, they will also have the same fps (refresh rate).
