Hi Shifali,

I took a look and the schematic looks correct to me. You have decoupling caps present on Vcc, the schematic pinout matches the datasheet pinout, and net names seem to match schematic names for SDA/SCL.

One question I would have is, is there any other I2C buffers upstream or downstream from this device? This device doesn't allow for another static offset buffer to be connected to it. Please verify.

There is no upstream/downstream buffer from this device.
