Hi I am using the 55LVDS31 in a design. I see in Section 9.3.3 Unused Enable Pins, it is recommend the enable pins should be tied to either VCC or GND. Does this same recommendation apply to the other inputs (ex. LVTTL inputs)? Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.
