1: need to remove  C5715/C5719 since already have AC cap at type-C connector

2: need to pullup to vcc for pin 1 and 10.

3: is this 10G application? if yes, there is concern for signal connectivity since there are two muxes here, 4212 +PD mux.

For TS3USB221, schematic looks fine.
