Hello,

Is the only difference between the LA and HA versions the enable pin (high/low)? Which would be better for power consumption?

    right, Enable pin is the major difference.

    as Win mentioned, Active high H enable is may work better when processor is driving enable. When processor has no power the pin goes low and disable cc controller it is preference whether their system can save more power with active low or high
