W'd like to implement usb 2.0 host controller on xilinx fpga(VCU118) using htg_fmc_usb30_board (attached tusb1310A) !
We supply external 5.V using power supply to VBUS pin on TSUB1310. and we checked pwrpresent pin whether availvable VBUS or not.
But pwrpresent pin is low, could you guide me what is matter?
