Can i use USB BC 1.2 charging and data communication with Mobile device simultaneously

Hi, 

I am working on USB 2.0 based device application. Where i want to design this board for mobile phone. Mobile phone supports USB 2.0 data communication and USB BC 1.2 battery chanrging and it goes up to 9V.

Here, right now i am only able do either data communication or only USB BC 1.2 bettary chanrging.

please suggest is it possible to do both data communication and mobile battery charging USB BC 1.2 with "Y" port architecure.

or

Is it possible to do with USB Hub.

please suggest if any device which can handle both USB BC 1.2 Communication and Data communication.

Here i have captured the Samsung mobile and Charger comunication wave (D+/D-) form while it is enbling 5V to 9V fast charging over USB BC 1.2
