Thank you for the question. Please ensure that FPD-LINK III deserializer input is Rin, not Dout. Please refer to below diagram. Also, it should be connected same direction (+ to + and - to -).
Please refer to below connection for your second question. It should be considered depends on cable types.

Q2. As HSD cable, we use cross cable, 929 as deserializer and 926 as serializer. In this case, should the unused pins 2 and 4 be GND? Or should they be OPEN?

Below approach would be helpful for the pair. It is same as side A and B connection on HSD connection above.
For unused pins, you can do both, but it is recommended to connect to the GND for EMI than open.
