TFP401A-Q1: Is electrical spec and pinout the same between TFP401A, TFP401A-Q1 and TFP401A-EP

Hi Team, 

Customer need wider temp range so considering TFP401A-Q1 and TFP401A-EP rather than TFP401A.

I believe so but just want to double confirm, Is it correct that electrical spec and pinout is same between TFP401A, TFP401A-Q1 and TFP401A-EP ?
