We found some tricky points in the Rev E datasheet:
1. LED0 PD/PU. Table 7-1 is PD, but Table 9-16 is default 1.
2. Led polarity. For BASIC mode, do you have relative diagram about this configuration? Like the diagram in DP83822:

Point 1 is a typo in the datasheet. Default value is 0 and description of 0 and 1 is Autoneg Enabled and Autoneg Disabled respectively. This will soon be modified in the datasheet.
For DP83826 basic mode, please use LED connection same as below.
