Hi TI team

 

We have a design based on DP83TD510E

Using Zynq 7000 as MAC  and DP83TD510E as PHY 

Can we set termination of  magnetics  in the PHY outputs Pins 4,7  and 5,6  and connect to PC ?

The application is diagnostic of the board and sending data through Ethernet port to PC

Is that Schematic correct  ? or DP83TD510E just work with Single pair  ?

Is DP83826I is the solution to connect to PC ?

    Hello,

    DP83TD510E cannot be connected to PC directly as 10Base-Tx and 10Base-T1L are incompatible with each other. A media converter would be needed for connection to a PC. In addition, for DP83TD510E, please follow the MDI connection as dictated in datasheet.
