EMC RE over the limit:
RE: exceed 16dB at 25MHz frequency multiplication from 500MHz to 806MHz: (500MHz, 525MHz, 550MHz,575MHz,...800MHz).

RE: exceed 13dB at 1.6GHz frequency.

Can you give some suggestion? How to optimize the schematics or Layout?

Hello,

Please consult SNLA371 for initial register configurations. Please also ensure that CLKOUT is disabled (Reg 0x453 = 0x6, and Reg 0x452 = 0x600). Try out these software configurations and see if they improve things.
