TUSB2046B: High Temperature Issue

Part Number: TUSB2046B

The system has 4 downstream ports. I have a mcu plugged into the second port. After 50 degrees, there is a chip that I can communicate with this mcu and a chip that I cannot communicate with. Both of these chips are TUSB2046BI. There is a white inscription on the working chip that does not give any thickness on text. On the chip that does not work, there is a non-white inscription given the thickness of the wall text. Could it be that it's not working because of the production difference? I couldn't see anything in silicon erreta about this. Please help me.
