Hi Bao,

Here are my comments:

1. 22 ohm resistors are not explicitly required on the RGMII traces, as the PHY has internal terminations here. Have you conducted IBIS simulations to determine they are necessary? Removing them will allow you to bury the traces for EMC/EMI benefit.
2. Recommended resistor for MDIO line is between 2.2 kΩ and 9 kΩ
3. R141 and R143 are recommended to be 22Ω
