TUSB3410UARTPDK does not work with a loopback plug on the RS232 port.
Have updated the drivers per this other post.

RTS ready to sendand CTS clear to send are connected. Pins 7-8 together.
DSR data set ready, DTR data terminal ready, DCD data carrier detect are connected. Pins 1-6-4.
SOUT SIN are connected, pins 2-3.
What else needs to be done to get the loopback function to work?
