DP83848K: Internal Pull-down resistor on TXD_3

Part Number: DP83848K
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DP83848C

There is a conflicting information between TI's design guide and TI's datasheet. Which is right, which is typo?

Has TXD_3 internal PD resistor or not?

Datasheet says at chapter 7, there is PD on TXD_3.

Design guide says at at chapter 3 Pin and Signal Definitions, TXD[3:2] should be pulled low to put these inputs in a known state.

As I know, DP83848K documentation was made from DP83848C, where TXD_3 was STRAP input for SNI_MODE, with PD. But this modul is gone away from silicon at type J/K and maybe this is typo in datasheet.

+1:

As I know TXD_2 has not internal PD. So, this is a floated input. Please confirm it.

Thank you in advance.
